Read the extended biography

Jeff Buesing is an entrepreneur and operator whose work connects business strategy with the systems and customer experiences that put it into practice. Based in South Florida, he is Principal of Labor Group, an independent consulting firm working across digital execution, AI implementation, operations, acquisitions, and capital-raising support.

His current work spans The Weekly, Club Moke, and consulting and implementation for New York Mobile. He also contributes brand, digital experience, systems, and business development as a partner to Dr. Phil Good. The relationships differ: operating ventures, consulting engagements, and partnerships are not interchangeable.

His earlier founder experience includes co-founding HoopStudy with basketball trainer DJ Sackmann and founding New Frontier Presents. Alongside his business work, he is the author of Ride the Wave: A Story of Courage and Calm. Its surfing-inspired story explores patience, courage, and trying again, with illustrations by AC Cable and publication by Flowstate Studio.

worth having.

The business decisions connecting dates, vehicle choice, pickup or delivery, and a customer handoff. Club Moke's public reservation flow offers a specific operating example.

Practical AI, accountable decisions

Where model assistance fits into an established workflow, and where people need to retain responsibility. Labor Group's Gary materials describe the approach; their public scenarios are illustrations rather than a live-agent demonstration.

The creative process behind Ride the Wave, and translating surfing-inspired lessons into a story about patience and trying again.

The media kit includes a qualitative operating example. It does not present measured revenue, conversion, or time-saving results.

Ride the Wave

A Story of Courage and Calm

A young surfer discovers that balance takes practice and a fall is not the end of the story. Ride the Wave uses rhyme and an ocean setting to explore courage, calm, patience, and the confidence to try again.
